We collect: your email address and name (account), your customers' email addresses and survey responses (service data), and standard web analytics (usage data).
Account data: to provide the Service and communicate with you. Service data: to deliver surveys and display results in your dashboard. We use AI (Anthropic Claude) to categorize open-ended feedback — your data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing and is not used to train their models.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share personal data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (Supabase for hosting, SendGrid for email, Paddle for payments, Anthropic for AI).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
