By using Glowed ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Glowed is operated as a sole proprietorship.
You may use Glowed to create and distribute NPS, CSAT, and CES surveys to your customers. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited surveys to people who have not consented to receiving communications from you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Glowed. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
